摘 ? 要:在網絡及新媒體技術的不斷發展的今天,基于微課的翻轉課堂為臨床教學提供了一種全新的模式。我們將其應用于消化內科臨床實習教學實踐中,在實習前期進行微課學習,隨后進行床邊翻轉課堂教學,最后進行出科考核及教學效果評價。結果發現,與傳統教學方式相比,翻轉課堂學習不僅顯著提高實習生出科考試成績,還能夠促進學生學習主動性,在培養學生的臨床思維及提高臨床技能水平方面也具有一定優勢,是一種有效的教學方法。

Abstract:Nowadays, with the continuous development of network and new media technology, the flipped classroom based on micro-class provides a new model for clinical teaching. We apply it to clinical practice teaching of digestive medicine. In the early stage of practice, we learn micro-lessons, then carry out bedside flip classroom teaching. Finally, we evaluate the outcomes of clinical practice and teaching effect. The results show that, compared with traditional teaching methods, flipped classroom learning not only significantly improves the examination results of clinical interns, but also promotes students' learning initiative. It also has certain advantages in training students' clinical thinking ability and improving their clinical skills. It is an effective teaching method.

臨床實習是醫學教育過程中的重要環節,是鞏固醫學生基礎理論、知識和基本技能知識,并培養醫學生臨床思維能力和臨床經驗的重要階段。現有的臨床實習教學工作還存在帶教模式陳舊,學生主動性差,實踐及動手機會少等實際問題,這些問題直接影響了臨床實習質量及教學成效。因此,如何提高臨床實習教學質量,加強醫學生臨床能力的培養,已成為當今醫學教育改革的要點。近年來,隨著網絡及多媒體技術的不斷進步,基于微課的翻轉課堂教學模式日漸受到重視,如何將這種新型的教學模式應用于臨床實習教學工作仍然有待進一步探索。為此,我們借鑒國內外新型教學經驗[1],嘗試將微課和翻轉課堂引入本科生臨床實習教學,通過合理設置微課課程結構及內容,充分調動了實習生學習主動性,增進了教師與學生間的互動,取得了一定成效。……
