摘 ?要 地方應(yīng)用型本科院校進行創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有利于高校對學生的培養(yǎng),也有利于高校為地方區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展服務(wù)。通過剖析高校創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新教師現(xiàn)狀,提出地方院校應(yīng)通過完善頂層設(shè)計、打造教師發(fā)展平臺和提高教師績效激勵等方式提升教師創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,從而更好地在地方應(yīng)用型本科院校開展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)造意識與創(chuàng)新能力。

Abstract Innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges is conducive to the cultivation of
students and the needs of local economic development. Based on the
analysis of the current situation of entrepreneurship and innovation teachers in colleges and universities, this paper proposes that schools
should improve top-level design, build a platform for teachers deve-
lopment and improve teachers performance incentives to enhance teachers innovation and entrepreneurship ability, so as to better carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in schools, and
cultivate students creative consciousness and innovative personality.

1 引言
自從《國務(wù)院關(guān)于大力推進大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬眾創(chuàng)新若干政策措施的意見》發(fā)布后,全國各地高校和企業(yè)均積極投身創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的大潮中。年年舉辦的中國創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽和中國“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽等各類創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽,為全國各地的莘莘學子提供了一個巨大的展示舞臺。為了更好地促進創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展,也為了提升學校的知名度和培養(yǎng)高質(zhì)量的人才,許多高校不僅成立創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)工作室,甚至專門開設(shè)相關(guān)課程。可以說,自從2014年后,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在我國已經(jīng)得到蓬勃發(fā)展。但是目前創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展較好的大多是研究型高校,由于生源、支持及師資等多方面的原因,地方應(yīng)用型本科院校在很多方面還需要提升。應(yīng)用型本科院校就是以培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才為目的的高校,教育定位于為國家或區(qū)域培養(yǎng)綜合素質(zhì)優(yōu)良的應(yīng)用型人才,培養(yǎng)的學生具有扎實的理論基礎(chǔ)、較強的動手能力等特征[1]。……
