摘 ?要 基于“人人通”的混合式教學模式在高校中的應用越來越廣泛。將混合式教學模式引入醫學免疫學教學中,分析其可行性。研究發現,與傳統課堂相比,混合式教學模式在激發學生學習自主性、營造學習氛圍等方面更具優勢,保證學生有充足時間實施個性化學習,從而提高教學質量。

Educational Practice with Blended Learning Model in Medical Immunology based on Cross-Bridge of People in Cyber Lear-ning Space//CHEN Xiafei, LIU Rongzeng, QI Jingjiao
Abstract Blended learning model based on “the cross-bridge of people in cyber learning space” was gradually adopted by a growing number of universities. The study has explored on introducing blen-ded learning model into the teaching of medical immunology and analyzed the feasibility through experiment. The results found that blended learning had an advantage over traditional teaching in terms of learner autonomy and learning atmosphere, and the students have more time for learner autonomy personally, thus the teaching quality could be improved.

1 前言
醫學免疫學是臨床醫學核心課程,臨床醫學生掌握和運用免疫學知識服務于臨床是至關重要的。醫學免疫學課程包括抗原、抗體、補體、細胞因子、主要組織相容性復合體、免疫細胞、抗原遞呈和免疫應答等章節,各章節之間聯系緊密,邏輯性強。傳統教學模式以課堂講授為主,雖然有利于學生形成較為系統的知識體系,但其缺點也是顯而易見的。由于免疫學知識具有抽象、理論性強等特點,學生往往出現畏難厭學情緒。臨床醫學學時有限,教學任務較為繁重,師生的交流時間相對較少,影響教學效果[1]。伴隨教育信息化的不斷推進,教學方式也在不斷變革。在現有的教學條件和教學資源背景下,如何有效提高教學質量?如何切實提高學習效率?為此,在醫學免疫學教學中引入基于“人人通”的混合式教學模式,嘗試彌補傳統教學模式帶來的弊端。
2 概念介紹
網絡學習空間“人人通” ?網絡學習空間“人人通”指的是教師和學生都擁有自己的個人網絡學習空間,教與學、教與教、學與學全面互動,從而達到技術與教學實踐融合的目的,深入師生日常教學活動中。……
