逍遙簍貝散加減治療乳腺增生的效果及對患者負性情緒、性激素水平的影響

[Abstract]Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of Modified Xiaoyao Loubei Powder on patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland and its influence on patients'negativeemotion and sex hormone levels.Method：The research subjects were 12O patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland admited to Gao'an People's Hospital from Januaryto July2O24.They were divided intoacontrol groupand a study group bythe random number table method， with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Xiaojin Capsules，and the study group was treated with Modified Xiaoyao Loubei Powder.The clinicaleficacy，VASscores，negative emotion scores，qualityof life scores and sex hormone levels [estradiol （E₂） ，progesterone （P），prolactin （PRL）] before and after treatment， and adversereactions of the two groups were compared.Result： The total efectiverate of treatment inthe study group was significantlyhigher than that in thecontrol group （Plt;0.O5）. After the treatment，the VASscore of the study group was lower than that of the control group （Plt;0.05） . After the treatment，the scores of the SDS and the SAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group （ _{（Plt;0.05）} .Afterthe treatment，Pin the study group was higher than that in the control group， and E₂ and PRL were lower than those in the control group （Plt;0.05 ）.After the treatment， the scoresof each dimensionof theSF-36 in thestudy group were higher thanthose inthe control group （Plt;0.05）. During he treatment period， no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion： The Modified Xiaoyao Loubei Powder in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland can relieve pain symptom of patients， improve negative emotion，regulate sex hormone levels，improve the quality of life.

乳腺增生是以周期性乳房疼痛為主要癥狀的乳腺間質良性增生，其發病率在良性乳腺疾病中居首位，高發群體為30＼～55歲女性[。乳腺增生的發病機制目前尚未明確，雖然為良性病變，但其仍有癌變風險，尤其是非典型增生，癌變風險更高，因此需及時采取治療措施[2。對于乳腺增生，臨床主要通過給予患者托瑞米芬、他莫昔芬等調節內分泌的藥物進行治療，但隨著臨床研究工作推進，發現長期大劑量用藥會產生副作用，且復發率較高，還需探尋更為高效、安全的治療方式[3]。隨著祖國醫學的發展，發現中藥在乳腺增生方面具有確切的療效。小金膠囊具有改善血液循環、抑制結節生長等作用，可在一定程度上改善患者癥狀。逍遙萎貝散作為傳統中藥方劑，具有疏肝理氣、化痰散結、活血化癖、軟堅散結等功效，能夠顯著改善患者癥狀，縮小結節?；诖?，本研究以120例乳腺增生患者為對象，就逍遙簍貝散加減的應用價值進行探究，并報道如下。

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料

選取2024年1—7月高安市人民醫院收治的乳腺增生患者120例。納入標準：（1）符合乳腺增生診斷標準且經臨床檢查確診[；（2）近期未使用激素等可能對研究結果造成干擾的藥物；（3）未絕經；（4）臨床資料完整。排除標準：（1）合并急性乳腺炎、乳腺腫瘤等乳腺疾?。唬?）存在嚴重臟器功能障礙；（3）過敏體質；（4）無法進行正常溝通，意識障礙，無法按照研究要求配合治療；（5）存在急性和慢性感染。以隨機數字表法將患者分對照組和研究組，各60例?！?br>
