【摘要】 目的:對(duì)干部保健科服務(wù)中應(yīng)用人文關(guān)懷護(hù)理的效果進(jìn)行研究。方法:將2015年9月-2016年9月入院的干部中選擇78例作為本次研究的對(duì)象,根據(jù)入院時(shí)間將其分為兩組,一組為對(duì)照組,共計(jì)39例,給予其進(jìn)行常規(guī)護(hù)理;另一組為研究組,共計(jì)39例,給予其在常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)施人文關(guān)懷護(hù)理方法,在研究過后對(duì)兩組干部的護(hù)理滿意度進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:研究組的護(hù)理滿意37例,其護(hù)理滿意度為94.87%;對(duì)照組的護(hù)理滿意30例,護(hù)理滿意度為76.92%,研究組的護(hù)理滿意度高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:在干部保健服務(wù)中應(yīng)用人文關(guān)懷護(hù)理,能夠有效提高患者的護(hù)理滿意度,其具有臨床推廣的價(jià)值。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of humanistic care in the service of cadres and health care.Method:A total of 78 patients were enrolled in the hospital from September 2015 to September 2016.The subjects were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.One group was the control group,and a total of 39 patients were given routine nursing;the other group for the study group,a total of 39 cases were given its routine care on the basis of the implementation of human care care methods,after the study of the two groups of cadres to analyze the satisfaction of care.Result:After the study,the number of nursing satisfaction was 37 cases,the nursing satisfaction rate was 94.87%;the number of nursing satisfaction in the control group was 30 cases,the nursing satisfaction rate was 76.92%,the nursing group's nursing effect compared with the control group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic care in the cadre health service can effectively improve the patient 's nursing satisfaction,which has the value of clinical promotion.

在護(hù)理工作中,人文關(guān)懷屬于一種新型的護(hù)理方式,其主要的內(nèi)容為尊重和關(guān)心患者,并且倡導(dǎo)自由、平等的觀念,使人身心能夠和諧健康的發(fā)展,與此同時(shí)應(yīng)該重視個(gè)體價(jià)值,對(duì)個(gè)人權(quán)利加以保護(hù)[1]。在醫(yī)院中,將人文關(guān)懷運(yùn)用到臨床上,便是將“生命至上”的思想落到實(shí)處,期間護(hù)理人員會(huì)更加關(guān)心及尊重患者的權(quán)利、人格和生命等,同時(shí)也將“以人文本”的治療、護(hù)理理念體現(xiàn)在實(shí)際的工作過程中。所謂的干部保健科主要是為特殊的人群提供醫(yī)療,護(hù)理及保健的部門,因此其護(hù)理工作則更加注重對(duì)人內(nèi)心的關(guān)懷,人文護(hù)理模式便正與其適合[2]。本文將2015年9月-2016年9月入院的干部中選擇78例作為本次研究的對(duì)象,并對(duì)人文關(guān)懷的相關(guān)做法進(jìn)行分析,以便在全院中深化“以病人為中心”的護(hù)理理念,具體的研究內(nèi)容做出如下整理。……
