摘 要 由于經濟的發展,人們生活水平不斷提升,汽車消費品更多地進入眾多家庭中。同時,和汽車有關的行業也得到快速發展,尤以汽車維修行業發展最為迅速。在此背景下,我國高職汽修專業人才培養模式亟待變革,以滿足汽車維修行業對人才的要求。分析高職汽修專業理論教學及實踐環節,為高職汽修專業教學提供一定指導。

Abstract With the development of economy, peoples living stan-
dard has been improved, more and more automotive consumer goods
are entering into the family. Meanwhile, vehicle-related industry has
been getting rapid development, especially in field of auto repair.
Under this background, in our country there is an urgent need to change the talent training mode of auto repair specialty in higher vocational colleges,in order to meet the requirements of the industry. This paper analyzes the theory teaching and practice of auto repair professional, and provides certain guidance for the spe-cialty teaching.

1 前言
對高職教育而言,隨著汽車行業的發展,汽車維修專業不斷進步,在汽車維修專業人才培養上,需要契合汽車行業發展實際,采用新的教學理念與方法,滿足經濟社會人才所需。高職人才培養模式不斷健全,更多地重視理論與實踐教學的融合,理論實踐一體化教學模式普遍應用于高職汽修專業中。高等職業技術教育是為了培養高技能的應用型人才,培養學生不但要掌握豐富的理論知識,還需具備從事專業領域的基本技能與能力[1]。因此需要在教學中注重理論性,突出實踐性,發揮實踐教學的重要作用,以理論和實踐相結合作為指導思想。
2 踐行理論教學與實踐教學融合下的創新人才培養模式
對汽車維修專業課程,許多高職院校在設置上創新了專業理論教學與實踐環節,而汽車維修專業學生步入社會,仍然需要經過一年的實踐方能勝任工作崗位,主要原因在于教學工作存在許多問題。……
