校外生產性實訓基地是實施現代學徒制的重要場所,校企合作共建校外生產實訓基地是釀酒技術專業提高人才培養質量的重要途徑,建立有效的長效合作機制和開展富有成效的合作,是釀酒技術專業當前不斷探索和實踐的主要內容。我院釀酒技術專業校外生產性實訓基地從利益分配機制、教學管理體制機制、雙導師組建機制等方面開展創新性探索實踐,取得一定成果,有力推動釀酒技術專業人才培養質量的提高。

Abstract: The off-campus productive training base is an important place for the implementation of modern apprenticeship. The cooperation between schools and enterprises to jointly build the off-campus production training base is an important way to improve the quality of personnel training in the brewing technology profession, establish an effective long-term cooperation mechanism and carry out effective.The cooperation is the main content of the continuous exploration and practice of the brewing technology major. Our college productive training base of our college's brewing technology major has carried out innovative exploration and practice in the aspects of profit distribution mechanism, teaching management system mechanism, dual tutor formation mechanism and has achieved certain results, which has strongly promoted the improvement of the quality of brewing technology professionals.

現代學徒制是一種基于實際工作崗位的技術技能人才培養模式[1],是以培養學生崗位能力為主,強調提供給學生真正的學習工作環境[2]。在這樣一種新型人
才培養模式下,校外生產性實訓基地建設顯得尤為重要,它是學生實踐技能提升的關鍵平臺和職業素養培養的重要場所[3]。我院釀酒技術專業是四川省職業教育第二批現代學徒制試點專業,四川省高等職業院校創新發展行動計劃現代學徒制試點專業,教育部第三批現代學徒制試點專業。近年來,我院釀酒技術專業 “因企業需求而設立,因服務社會而發展”,遵循“校企合作、工學結合、理實一體”的指導思想,以學生職業技術技能培養為核心,在校外生產性實訓基地建設形式、運行機制等方面進行了探索和實踐。
