物聯(lián)網工程專業(yè)應用型人才培養(yǎng)研究

摘要：當今物聯(lián)網促進經濟和科技的發(fā)展，結合社會對物聯(lián)網的需求，人才培養(yǎng)方式至關重要。針對民辦高校培養(yǎng)應用型人才的定位指導方針，從知識結構和素質結構兩方面分析了物聯(lián)網人才培養(yǎng)的要求；結合物聯(lián)網行業(yè)對人才的需求，開設對應的課程和實踐環(huán)節(jié)，加強核心課程的建設；從深化校企合作，加強師資建設，引入CDIO工程教育模式三方面提高人才培養(yǎng)的效果。

Abstract： The Internet of things to promote the development of economy and technology， combined with social networking needs， talents training mode is essential. The private college training applied talents positioning guidelines and networking personnel training requirements are analyzed from the aspects of knowledge structure and quality structure； combined with the networking industry demand for talent， set up corresponding course and practice link， strengthen the construction of the core curriculum； from deepen the school enterprise cooperation， strengthen the construction of teaching staff， the introduction of CDIO Engineering Education Model to improve training effect.

引言：物聯(lián)網已成為當前世界新一輪經濟和科技發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略制高點之一[1]，發(fā)展物聯(lián)網對于促進經濟發(fā)展和社會進步具有重要的現實意義。我國發(fā)布的《國家中長期科學與技術發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要（2006-2020年）》中，為信息技術確定了三個前沿方向，其中有兩項就與物聯(lián)網直接相關，物聯(lián)網以更加精細和動態(tài)的方式管理生產和生活。

1.人才培養(yǎng)要求

針對民辦高校培養(yǎng)應用型人才的定位指導方針，物聯(lián)網工程專業(yè)培養(yǎng)適應我國現代化建設需要，掌握物聯(lián)網專業(yè)的基本理論、基本知識和基本技能[2]，具備傳感和射頻技術、通信技術、網絡技術的專業(yè)知識，具有一定的創(chuàng)新意識，德、智、體、美全面發(fā)展，能在企事業(yè)單位從事物聯(lián)網領域相關的技術研發(fā)、工程設計，工程應用系統(tǒng)的維護、管理、服務等崗位的應用型高級工程技術人才。

1.1知識結構要求。本物聯(lián)網工程專業(yè)學生主要學習計算機技術、傳感信息處理技術和無線網絡通信技術的基本理論和基本知識，接受物聯(lián)網工程設計和程序編寫方面的基本訓練，掌握分析和解決物聯(lián)網領域應用的基本技能[3]?！?br>
