高校輔導員職業(yè)化建設背景下的使命與擔當研究

摘 ?要：進入新時代以來，如何提升高校輔導員的使命與擔當成為高校工作不斷深入的必然要求。只有不斷提升高校輔導員的使命與擔當，才能切實將大學生教育工作的成效顯著提高。文章從提升高校輔導員的使命與擔當?shù)谋匾灾郑瑥母咝］o導員職業(yè)化建設背景出發(fā)探析新時代高校輔導員發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及困境，最終提出新時代提升高校輔導員使命與擔當?shù)目尚行月窂健?/p>

Abstract： Since entering the new era， how to improve the mission and responsibility of college counselors has become an inevitable requirement for the deepening of college work. Only by constantly improving the mission and responsibility of college counselors， can we effectively improve the effectiveness of college education. This paper starts from the necessity of promoting the mission and responsibility of college counselors， analyzes the current situation and difficulties of the development of college counselors in the new era from the background of the professional construction of college counselors， and finally puts forward the feasible path of promoting the mission and responsibility of college counselors in the new era.

一、高校輔導員職業(yè)化建設背景下提升其使命與擔當?shù)谋匾?/p>

新時代以來，隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟文化的發(fā)展進入到新的歷史階段，高校對于人才培養(yǎng)的要求也愈加提高。而在人才的培養(yǎng)中，高校輔導員往往肩負著領路人的角色，對于高校學生成人成才發(fā)揮著重要作用。因此，如何提升新時代高校輔導員的使命與擔當也就凸顯的尤為關鍵。

（一）高校輔導員制度發(fā)展的新要求

任何事物的發(fā)展總是在演進中不斷上升，我國高校輔導員制度同樣不例外。如若一成不變，高校輔導員制度必然會脫離高校實際情況。目前，我國高校輔導員制度改革已經(jīng)進入攻堅期，如何提升新時代高校輔導員的使命與擔當成為重中之重。新時代高校輔導員制度要求我國高校輔導員要建設專業(yè)化團隊，也就是在目前的實際情況基礎上，強化規(guī)范性、先進性，而這也是我國高等教育發(fā)展的邏輯的必然要求。……
